Loans through the Ohio Heros program will be at a quarter percent below OHFA's First Time Homebuyer Program rates. The borrowers must meet PHFA's standard mortgage guidelines, which provide low, competitive rates through conventional loans or FHA, VA and USDA-RD government loans.
